Laptop RAM (SODIMM)

SODIMM refers to “Small outline dual in-line memory module”, and is the usual SDRAM format for small footprint systems such as notebooks and laptops such as those from famous manufacturers like Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Sony, Toshiba, Asus, Dell, and of course Apple with their famous MacBook range. They are also used in small-footprint PCs such as Dell OptiPlex USFF or HP Compaq USFF PCs and other Mini-ITX based Desktops, high-end office printers, and networking hardware such as routers and NAS devices.
